This year, the international MATO Summit (Maria’s Alliance for Tzatziki Outreach) was held in Delft, at the Fellowship.
The main discussions centered around pastitsio price stability, fair moussaka representation at the ONC (Organization of National Cuisines), and the price-to-kcal optimal ratio.
More than 20 representatives from over 13 nations shared a meal and joined forces to reach a final agreement: something that seems apparently impossible in these times.
